For this graphic I used the metaphor of blood flow (oxygenated red flowing out, blue flowing in) to demonstrate how all the potential users of an interactive system (Site, CMA, etc.) relate to each other. These are always a hit with people who are accustomed to being bombarded with spreadsheets.
