Situation

As the Creative Director for the ADC project my job was to coordinate
a design team spread out over three locations. Through several innovative
exercises and a thorough Creative Strategy I was able to motivate
my team to create some tremendous work. Using a "no surprises" methodology
for incorporating the client into our process we arrived at a design
that managed to meet wide ranging requirements that occasionally
felt like the proverbial rock and a hard place.
Result

Web based revenue jumped from $107,000 in 2001 to $750,000 in 2002.
Not only that but this site was awarded the Web Marketing Association's
Standard of Excellence WebAward. ADC.com has also been favorably
recognized by Jacob Nielsen and is featured in the Nielsen Norman
Group's January 2003 report "Usability Return on Investment".
